How it works

From camera roll
to mailbox.

01

Choose one photo

Pick a favorite from your phone or computer. We crop it for a full-bleed 4×6 card.

02

Write the back

Add a note. The address and postage area stays clear automatically.

03

Add the addresses

Enter where it is going and where it should return. Lob checks the destination before payment.

04

Pay once

Review the front, address, and price. Stripe handles one secure payment, then Lob prints and mails it.

Made physical

A little friction,
in the good way.

Messages disappear in a feed. A postcard gets held, propped up, tucked into a book, or stuck to a fridge.

One photograph.
A few honest words.
Something they can keep.

Nothing mysterious

You see it before you send it.

  • Full-bleed photo crop
  • Message kept clear of the postal block
  • USPS-standardized address shown for confirmation
  • Stripe Checkout before anything goes to print
  • Email receipt and private recovery link

Before you mail

The practical questions.

Do I need an account?+

No. You create one postcard as a guest and receive a private status link by email.

What can I upload?+

A JPG or PNG up to 20 MB. The sender crops it to a print-ready 4×6 postcard with bleed.

Where can I send it?+

The first release supports one recipient in the United States using USPS First Class mail.

Can I track delivery?+

Your status page shows every milestone Lob and USPS make available. Postal scans are estimates and are not guaranteed for every piece.

What happens to my photo?+

The print assets stay private and are deleted after Lob has prepared the postcard.

Who prints and mails it?+

Lob, a specialist print-and-mail provider, handles production and USPS handoff. Stripe handles payment.

Someone came to mind

That is reason enough.
